wha's problems for my english ?

Since secondary two, I started to learn English.... I don’t why I am so indifferent? Now, I know how significant is it... I think it is hard to learn. when Want to write English composition, I know what I want to write and I also have a lot of idears, and I can not write as good as I want ...because of unfortunate vocabulary. And it is difficult for me to write correct sentences...when I do comprehension, I am confused of a lot of unknown English words...

After watching ,these children are very pitiful.Of course,they will do not have a good childhood. from it,i think all of us who live in singapore are very luckly.we must cherish our life.and if we are able to help these people,tring our best to help them.... finally,hopefully,these people will get better life.... 1.how can we help them? for us we can donate some money to them and giving them some unused clothes and bags..on the other hand ,we also can volunteer to serve them,if we are free.. 2.how can government help them? they can built up donnation communities..and promote people to help these poor people.. 3.are they feel? of course ,they will be very ,very sad ...
